Presenting his prophetic degustation menu "Black Swan" in early January, Vladimir Mukhin said that we live in a new world, but we do not yet realize this. The pandemic accelerated the process of awareness, switching the whole World in online mode. At the same time, it made a lot of people change their values: it turned out that the most important things in life are not things, but fresh air, sunsets, swimming in the sea and the opportunity to hug friends and parents or sit again at the table of your favorite restaurant.

We've changed, too. On June 23, White Rabbit opened completely reborn: with an airy and modern interior created by the famous architect Natalia Belonogova, a newly built summer veranda and a new menu from Vladimir Mukhin. Natalia Belonogova says: “Following the White Rabbit led Alice to a beautiful new world. When you enter “White Rabbit” you enter a fairy-tale. My idea was to create delicate connection between the food and ambiance and increase the level of this fabulousness. We’ve got rid of sofas - sitting or even lying on a sofa is way too relaxing. This restaurant is the temple of modern Russian cuisine and no one should lie in a temple”.

Vladimir dedicated his degustation menu "Metamorphoses" to the opening of renewed White Rabbit. In this menu he critically comprehends his own cooking path, choosing for this an allegory of the life cycle of the mayfly butterfly: egg, nymph, subimago and imago. Retrospective dishes allow following the evolution of the chef, the growth of awareness and deepening of his ideas.
